When a lonely Muay Thai instructor (Mark Bale) seeks self-confidence through an online life-coaching app, he gradually surrenders control to an unseen mentor. Faced with a looming threat he boldly reclaims his power, making a decisive decision to remove his Coach’s influence entirely, taking back the authority he lost in a radical and public act of self-ownership and agency.
